Savour in the Garden Café, St. Andrew’s-by-the-Sea, New Brunswick
Kingsbrae Garden is a multi-award winning 27-acre horticultural masterpiece located in beautiful St. Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick celebrating St. Andrews’ heritage of fine gardens with its use of old and new gardening styles. There are over 50,000 perennials in themed gardens, ponds, streams, old-growth Acadian forest, various animals and birds. 
The historic town itself is a national historic site of Canada, bearing many characteristics of a typical 18th century British colonial settlement.
But for us, it’s Alex Haun’s fabulous cuisine that is the reason to travel there. He uses the freshest of New Brunswick’s seasonal products in his multi-award winning restaurant, Savour in the Garden Café. In 2019, La Chaine des Rotisseurs awarded him and Kingsbrae a Bronze Plaque. For Food Day this year, that organization joined in a fabulous feast.
