Everything you see on the Loaf menu is handmade from fresh ingredients by our team in Fernie, so we’re proud to join this celebration of Canadian food.  We use Canadian flour and all the meat in our sausage rolls, sandwiches and pizzas is supplied by Fernie’s Backcountry Meats.

Loaf is celebrating national Food Day Canada this Saturday, July 30 by offering 20% off Ghostriders pizzas, which we named in support of our neighbours the Fernie Ghostriders Junior B hockey team.

The Ghostriders pizza is our take on the classic Canadian pizza. As always you get a handmade, sour dough base with fresh tomato, mozzarella and topped with Backcountry Meats bacon, mushrooms, pepperoni and banana peppers – $16.80 this Saturday from 5pm.

Remember, our pizzas are available every Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5pm and Sunday from noon, eat in or take out.

Food Day Canada was set up in 2003 to help spread the word about Canada’s chefs and farmers and places across Canada will be putting on special menus to celebrate our local food industry.
