Cucina is one half 50 seat Italian bistro &amp; one half grab &amp; go market café, proudly serving locally-roasted coffee &amp; sourcing ingredients from local organic producers where possible. From Wild BC Mushrooms &amp; Poached Eggs On Toast to U-10 Scallops &amp; pork belly with pickled rhubarb &amp; cucumber, baby potatoes and salsa verde, the menus were a good part of the reason that the restaurant won the OpenTable 2018 Diners&#8217;Choice Award.
For Food Day 2019, Cucina&#8217;s featuring Pacific Ling Cod with grilled corn, tomato &amp; wild rice, pickled rhubarb, fennel &amp; Okanagan apricot insalata.
