We were visiting Charlevoix, Quebec, so we were spoiled with local delicacies, from sweet lamb chops raised on some of Canada’s most picturesque pastures to a cheesecake made with Migneron cheese. And of course we had to have duck rillettes from La Ferme aux Pays Basque.
