Canadians are discovering delicious, under- appreciated home-grown or caught ingredients such as Pacific octopus. The flavours are subtle but meaty and delicous, complimented by Mediterranean style menu.
On August 2nd I’ll be grilled local octopus, marinated in olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon, basil and fresh ground pepper. Served with salad, grilled veggies and a flavourful pale ale.
