Our 3 generation family BBQ featured:
– Ontario pork tenderloin glazed with maple syrup, dijion mustard and 125th Anniversary Heinz ketchup;
– sauteed potatoes and onions;
– leafy lettuce salad tossed with shredded carrot , diced celery and dried cranberries drizzzled with a raspberry vinegrette dressing;
– medley of fresh veggies with creamy dip
– Birthday Cake – Grandma’s lemon meringue torte cake made with fresh eggs and served with hand picked raspberries fresh from the backyard garden.
