We will be serving local, pasture-raised beef hamburgers. The condiment will be a sour cherry chutney made with fruit from a neighbour’s tree. We will also have seasonally roasted vegetables provided by our St. Ignatius Community Share Agriculture share. A salad will be prepared also from the copious greens we received each week from our CSA share. Herbs from the garden will round out the flavours. Dessert will be home-made ice cream made with local organic milk and cream with local strawberries that we had frozen in June.

We are lucky in Guelph to have access to so much local grown food!
