We will be putting “pork on our forks” this Saturday. We will be barbecuing pork tenderloin purchased from a full service meat counter in Cambridge.
Our vegetables and fruits for the meal will be purchased from vendors at the Cambridge Farmers’ Market.
Sandy develops her own spice rub for the meat from memory (there is no precise recipe). It always seems to go well so who needs the “script”.

We need to thank Anita for coming up with the idea of the World’s Longest Barbecue. The idea can only help raise the spirits of Canadians.
