Hope to have a menu using local ingredients from the Farmers’ Market. We’ll have BBQ Chicken with a locally made Jerk marinade, corn on the cob, grilled veggies, a salad of greens and tomatoes with a maple dressing, oatmeal honey bread and finish with homemade peach ice cream. Here’s a great recipe for a
Maple Syrup vinaigrette:
1 cup canola oil
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp prepared mustard or 1 tsp dry
Handful fresh tarragon or basil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Put everything into an electric blender and blend until creamy.
