JD FARMS of Quebec, Canada

We will start with an appetizer of Angus meat balls with currants and pine nuts followed by a crisp by flavourful tossed green salad from the garden. We will have side dishes of local peaches and cream corn and sliced heritage tomatoes. The MAIN EVENT is BBQ’d Black Angus beef tenderloin raised on our farm. If we feel a need for dessert I will have local melon sliced with a drizzle of port.
All of the meat is from our farm and has superb marbling, as all Angus does, Yummy!
