I am heading out to the family farm for the long weekend and I look forward to having a barbecue with my family. It is always a welcomed treat, given that I am an apartment dweller without a barbecue in the city. Menu: The menu will include beef that is locally grown, garden-fresh salad, baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms/onions, garlic bread and perhaps another vegetable. Dessert will likely be something spontaneous, prepared that day. The key to this meal will be the beef. It is locally grown and simply tender, no matter how well-done we cook it!
