On Saturday we will be hosting friends from the County and Toronto to a meal with a Middle Eastern Theme. Since I’m part Armenian, this is right up my alley! All main ingredients sourced from local farms.

Appetizers –
Spiced beef and coriander phyllo rolls (Levitt Farm)
Lamb and rice grape leaf rolls (Vader Farm)
Roasted Garlic and Lemon Hummus served with grilled flat bread

Main –
Grilled Organic Chicken Kabobs (Nyman Farm)
Spiced Grilled Corn (Laundry Farm)
Beef Kufta (grilled minced meat on skewers)
Armenian pilaf
Cacik (cucumber and yogurt salad)

Dessert –
Baklava (made with local maple syrup)
