I will be celebrating my husband’s grandmother’s 100 birthday with about 150 family members in Vancouver. Family is coming from across Canada and the US for this celebration.We are B-Q’ing all your favorite proteins from land and sea and seasonal vegetables at this big cookout. We will use local ingredients from Alberta ( where I am from) and BC, regionally produced sauces and condiments, like Brassica Alberta mustard.
