Star Chefs for Japan
Nobuyo named it “Gambare “Japan which loosely translated means “Let’s Go!” She called today, exhausted but oh so happy. The first event raised a whopping $42,000 and the money is still being counted from the April 4th feast at Forte Bistro. She’s estimating that it’ll be about the same amount.
Congratulations to all the chefs who participated! Now she and Michael can get on with the planning of their Wild Leek Festival in May.
