Norfolk County Foods – A Collage of Flavours – July 31st Food Day
Norfolk County is one of Canada’s most diverse agricultural regions, growing everything..berries, fruits, vegetables, Texas Long Horn cattle, other meats, cheese, honey, Goji berries, peanuts, wine – even Lake Erie perch. We have partnered with the Norfolk Arts Centre to showcase our “collage of flavours” and local, rural art.
Norfolk’s Culinary Tourism Committee is working with the Norfolk Arts Centre on Canada’s Food Day and making a display in the art gallery promoting our local foods in conjunction with art of local farms etc.
July 31st coincides with our Simcoe Rotary Friendship Festival which is now into its 43rd year and is held right in downtown Simcoe alongside the Art Centre where our exhibit will be located.
Visit our display and enjoy the Simcoe Rotary Friendship Festival.
