Food Day at Canadian Winery Restaurants!

Chef David Penny of Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin Niagara has just confirmed that he and his team will be cooking for Food Day. He joins most of Canada’s top winery-restaurants at the table,  from Nova Scotia to British Columbia and including his alma mater, Niagara College Culinary Institute and Niagara College Teaching Winery.  Summerhill…Quails Gate….On the Twenty (Cave Springs)… Le Caveau (Grand Pre)…Mission Hill…they’re all on board!
