Final Star added to the Food Awards Judges’ Panel
James Chatto, one of Canada’s best loved food journalists is joining the already stellar line of up Judges. James coordinates a similar pan-national panel for the Canadian Culinary Championship known also as Gold Medal Plates. He is a prolific writer and is on the Advisory Council for the Governor General’s Awards in Celebration of the Nation’s Table.
Other judges are Canadian Press Food Writer Judy Creighton; Chef Anthony Walsh of Oliver Bonacini; Chef Michael Smith, PEIs Food Ambassador and Dr. Sinclair Philip of Sooke Harbour House.
