Market special: hot off the grill
Diane Clark writes: My Saturday starts with brecky out with my hubby, then off to market we go gather our supplies. Dinner tonight is Ontario smoked pork chops @ 1 inch thick. Fresh local baby potatoes scrubbed wrapped in foil and seasoned with salt pepper, onions and fresh basil from the garden. Grilled veggies, summer squash, red and yellow peppers, spanish onion, mushrooms, grape tomatoes seasoned with roast pepper and garilc spice and a sprinkling of olive oil. Yum. Wine to grill with or a cold beer. Enjoy. I know we do!
