Executive Chef Tawfik Shehata along with Chef de Cuisine Jason Maw have crafted a local menu heavily utilizing the five foot long custom charcoal grill situated in the open kitchen. By developing relationships with local, sustainable growers and purveyors they are able to create constantly changing, evolving menus ranging from a selection of composed a la carte plates as well as many grilled and larger menu items that are perfect for sharing. Daily features are based on what is delivered in small quantities by our farmers.
Toronto Life writes, “Shehata and chef de cuisine Jason Maw are promising a punk-meets-farm menu, featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.”
