Owned by Calgary’s cheese maven, Janice Beaton, who also operates Janice Beaton Fine Cheese, one of the finest cheese shops anywhere in the nation, FARM is a casual, cozy place with a harvest table for gathering your friends or the bar where you get to watch the cooks work their magic. Great cheeses along with house-made as well as local charcuterie (ex. – Old Country Sausage) are a mainstay on the menu.

FARM celebrates community, honest dining, and the farmers, growers, producers, foods and animals that grace the Prairies all the while responding to the growing demand for more natural, locally-sourced foods. Guests can dine on the likes of braised spring lamb shoulder on a bed of tomato and mint-laced quinoa, with a cucumber-yoghurt crème fraîche or Pura Vida rib eye with Poplar Bluff potatoes, chimichurri and arugula. There are great salads and Janice’s signature Mac & Cheese, bubbling in its own casserole with a side of pickles.
