Earth to Table Bread Bar, or Bread Bar as it’s more commonly known, is a food union with a 100 acre farm, a hopping pizza outlet and a full fledged bakery featuring the work of Pastry Chef Bettina Schormann (at right). The concept is holistic and honours the ingredients in the same fashion that it’s sister restaurants (The Ancaster Mill, Spencers on the Waterfront and The Cambridge Mill) do.
Along with making weekly appearances at their local farmers market, HamiltonEatLocal calls it “an oasis of cool on a street that has a culinary scene and features a growing local food presence”.
