There are fresh baked pastries, homemade soups and inventive sandwiches like those made with Spring Creek Ranch beef and smoked cheddar sauce and Gull Valley tomatoes or roasted Lacombe heritage breed pork, pickled onion and Sylvan Star gouda. Try the pyrogy bowl with pickled beets, sautéed cabbage, sour cream & dill to honour the family’s eastern European heritage and bulgolgi braised pork on a crispy green onion cake and a side of kimchi.
