CinCin is clearly an Italian style restaurant but the ingredients are as Canadian as ever. Pasta made with the fabulous Prairie-grown semolina; fish from the Pacific; perfect pizzas from a wood fired oven; B.C. lamb, beef, spit-roasted chicken, Pacific prawns and wild mushrooms that really ARE wild.
Newly appointed Executive Chef Andrew Richardson comes to CinCin after working at such other Food Day Canada restaurants as Vancouver’s West, Vancouver Island’s Sooke Harbour House and Araxi in Whistler. He brings with him not only experience at some of the West Coast’s finest establishments, but also a very “Food Day” approach of less-is-more when it comes to making the most of his ingredients.
CinCin has collected the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 10 years in a row and in 2011 won its seventh consecutive Gold Wine List Award at the Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival.
