You can buy smoked butter that Line smokes herself and the finest Quebec sturgeon caviar produced by the only licensed fisherman left in the region. There are Johnny Flynn’s Colville Bay oysters which many believe are the finest in Canada. They buy the highest quality lobster, steam then smoke it….I can only imagine how good a chowder would be enriched with this shellfish or with the marshmallow-sized scallops that they also smoke. You may find wild caught sockeye salmon or chunks of candied salmon both from B.C. The array of possibilities really is a food lover’s dream.
