Bel Café is another great culinary creation by Chef David Hawksworth and his uber-talented team. Named after Annabel, David’s wife, Bel Café serves fresh cuisine from the inspired kitchen of Hawksworth Restaurant. Chef Hawksworth, along with Pastry Chef Wayne Kozinko have created a great menu of freshly baked pastries, gourmet sandwiches and beautiful soups. For dessert? Check out the tarts and cakes and exquisite confetti-like macarons. It’s a dine -in or take-out cafe – depends entirely on one’s mood or time commitments.
The coffee is from 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters and the tea is from SPOT Tea. Both are West Coast companies, with values of quality and responsible-sourcing, comparable to the principles
of Bel Café itself. Custom lines include Bella Blend tea, a delicate fusion of organic earl grey with a touch of lavender, and Hawksworth Epic Espresso. Bel Café, like Hawksworth, has deeply rooted community spirit.
