Crow Bar and Variety, Collingwood, Ontario
Crow Bar and Variety opened just in time for Food Day Canada on August 5th, 2017. Owned and shepherded by the team headed up by Steve & Jen Vipond and Chef Shaun Edmonstone from Bruce Wine Bar in Thornbury, Crow’s culinary focus is hyper-local. There’s great live music four nights a week.
For Food Day Canada 2017 they shared:
“This weekend we celebrate Food Day Canada. Canada in its 150th year makes it extra special. We are honoured to join the Anita Stewart and the host of other restaurants across the country in the celebration.”
